Man dies in Isabela road mishap

TUGUEGARAO, Philippines — A 29-year-old man died after his motorcycle collided with a truck in San Isidro, Isabela before dawn yesterday.

Lonesys Fernando was on his way home to Jones town when he figured in the accident in Barangay Ramos East at around 2:30 a.m.

Fernando was declared dead on arrival in a hospital in nearby Echague town.

Truck driver Gilbert Liban, 33, was taken to the police station for questioning.
