Misamis bettor wins P5.9 million lotto jackpot

MANILA, Philippines — A bettor in Oroquieta, Misamis Occidental won the jackpot in the 6/42 Regular Lotto drawn on Saturday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said.

The bettor guessed the winning combination 12-21-03-05-15-20, which had a total jackpot of P5,940,000.

Sixty-nine other bettors won P8,790 each for hitting five of the winning numbers.

It was the second time that the lotto jackpot was hit for two consecutive draws.

A bettor in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental won P18.8 million in the 6/42 Regular Lotto drawn on Thursday.

Alexander Balutan, PCSO general manager, said two bettors also hit the jackpot in the 6/49 Super Lotto drawn on Jan. 27 and Jan. 29. The bettors each won P15,840,000.

A bettor in Borongan, Eastern Samar also won the jackpot in the 6/45 Mega Lotto drawn on Friday.
