Driver held for indiscriminate firing in Pasig City

MANILA, Philippines — A driver was arrested for indiscriminately firing his gun in Pasig City on Tuesday night.
Wilson Panaguitan, 41, reportedly pulled out a gun and fired at least three shots in Barangay Bagong Ilog at around 10:30 p.m.
Police said Panaguitan yielded a .45-caliber handgun loaded with eight bullets.
The suspect’s gun permit has expired, probers said.
Panaguitan is being held by police on charges of alarm and scandal as well as illegal possession of a firearm.
