South Korean tourist loses P4.1 million in Pasay City flyover heist

MANILA, Philippines — A South Korean tourist lost over P4 million in cash and valuables to robbers in Pasay City on Sunday night.

Bang Jong Moon, 39, was driving along the Gil Puyat Avenue flyover on Roxas Boulevard at around 10:40 p.m. when the robbers blocked him using a black sport utility vehicle with no license plate, police said.

The robbers took Bang’s money, valuables and wallet containing identification and credit cards and a key. They sped off toward Baclaran, police said.
