EPD’s 3 most wanted arrested
MANILA, Philippines — Three murder suspects tagged by police as the most wanted persons in eastern Metro Manila were arrested in separate operations over the weekend.
They were Jonas delos Santos, Marvin Neri and Jerry Bulalaque.
Neri is the No. 2 most wanted person in Marikina City. Delos Santos and Bulalaque were the No. 1 most wanted in Mandaluyong and San Juan City, respectively, according to Eastern Police District (EPD) director Chief Superintendent Bernabe Balba.
Police said Delos Santos was apprehended at Welfareville Compound in Barangay Addition Hills on Saturday night.
The suspect was nabbed based on an arrest warrant for murder issued by Judge Carlos Valenzuela of the Mandaluyong City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 213.
Neri was collared by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Felix Reyes of the Marikina RTC Branch 272, city police chief Senior Superintendent Roger Quesada said.
EPD operatives apprehended Bulalague at the Baseco Compound in Manila based on a warrant issued by Judge Caesar Buenagua of the San Juan City RTC Branch 160.
