Voter registration for seniors, PWDs start

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will hold a special voter registration today at all its offices nationwide for senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs).

Comelec spokesman James Jimenez said “applications for transfer, transfer with reactivation, reactivation, change or correction of entries and inclusion or reinstatement of records in the list of voters” will also be received by local Comelec offices.

New registrants and those who want to transfer or reactivate their registration need to bring any valid student, employee or government identification card or government identification, with proof of address.
