Four rape-slay suspects arrested in Dagupan City

DAGUPAN CITY, Philippines — Four construction workers accused of raping and killing a 21-year-old woman were arrested yesterday.

The body of Reysha Vidal, who was found naked from the waist down, was recovered in a river in Barangay Pantal in this city on Tuesday.

A witness who surfaced on Tuesday night said the victim was last seen with the suspects, Superintendent Jandale Sulit, city police chief, said.
