Man in Benguet accused of raping daughter

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet, Philippines — A Grade 3 pupil has been allegedly raped by her father in Buguias, Benguet.

The victim, who was accompanied by her mother, reported to the police on Monday that her father raped her in at least two instances when she was left alone in their house.  

The victim was brought to the Northern District Hospital for medical examination while the case against her father was being prepared.  

In Apayao, a Grade 10 student was accused of raping his schoolmate at his house in Luna town on Sunday night. 

The victim said she was forced to go to the house of the suspect after he threatened to show her nude photos to her mother.
