Jaime Andrew Doune, 30, currently billeted at the UPH1 Flair Tower, North Reliance in Barangay Ilaya, Mandaluyong, allegedly challenged policemen to a fight.

Rivera said Doune refused to hand over his driver’s license and hurled invectives at the MTPB personnel, who sought police assistance.

A team from the MPD Station 11 arrived at the scene and tried to pacify Doune. But the foreigner cursed at the policemen, prompting them to arrest him.

During questioning, Doune admitted to probers that he has no driver’s license.

He also failed to present any identification card and asked the police not to contact the Consulate General of Ireland in Manila.
