3 held for drugs in Mandaluyong

MANILA, Philippines — Three persons were arrested in separate anti-drug operations in Mandaluyong City Monday.

Jhackilyn Andrade was reportedly caught selling shabu to Rando Nudalo in Barangay Addition Hills at around 2:30 p.m. by Police Officer 1 Marwin Jaspin, who was on a covert operation to catch vote buyers.

Both Andrade and Nudalo are on the city’s drug watchlist.

Darren Cuyana was allegedly caught offering two sachets of shabu for sale to prospective buyers along Boni Avenue in Barangay San Jose by Police Officer 1 Jervy Fusilero, who was also on election duty.
