MANILA, Philippines — Around 13,000 local and overseas jobs and business opportunities await jobseekers in tomorrow’s Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan fair organized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City.

DOLE Secretary Silvestre Bello III said yesterday workers who returned from abroad and new graduates should take advantage of the opportunities made available by 97 employers in the day-long event.

Among the 8,000 local jobs that will be offered tomorrow are for sales clerks, assistant sale clerks, drivers, service crew, cashiers and stock clerks.

In the construction industry, there are vacancies for masons and carpenters, among others.

The Metro Manila Development Authority has openings for traffic enforcers.

For overseas deployment, the available jobs are for nurses, civil and elecrical engineers, service crew, cleaners, factory workers, construction workers, welders, laborers, carpenters and operators.

These jobs will be in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Qatar, Brunei, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Brazil and United Arab Emirates.
