Cebu bettor wins P10.2-million lotto pot

MANILA, Philippines — A bettor from Talisay, Cebu won the jackpot of the  6/42 Regular Lotto drawn on  Thursday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.

Alexander Balutan, PCSO general manager, said the bettor hit the six-digit winning combination 27-17-02-37-42-09, which had a jackpot of P10,203,847. The winning ticket was bought from a lotto outlet in Barangay Linao.

At least 31 bettors won P20,210 each for guessing five of the winning numbers.
