Body found floating off Boracay

MANILA, Philippines — The decomposing body of a man was found floating in the waters off Boracay over the weekend.

Navy personnel were conducting maritime patrol when they found the body of  Sabino Casmer Jr., a resident of Carabao island, around 1.2 nautical miles southeast of Malabunot Point at about 3:40 a.m.

Casmer reportedly fell from his boat and was reported missing more than a week ago.
