Man accused of raping daughter

LIMAY, Bataan, Philippines — A resident of this town  has been charged with rape for allegedly molesting his 12-year-old daughter.

The victim told police that her father started abusing her when she was seven years old. She said the last incident was on Feb. 15.

She said she did not immediately report the incidents because her father threatened to harm her. She said she was also worried that her mother would not believe her.
