Woman taking selfie falls into water

MANILA, Philippines — A woman went missing after she fell into the water while taking selfies on a beach in Barangay Sabili, Baler, Aurora on Wednesday.

The Philippine Coast Guard said search and rescue operations for Justine delos Santos, a resident of Quezon City, continued yesterday.

Initial reports showed Delos Santos was with her friend Bea Malapitan in a rocky portion when they fell and were carried away to the deep portion of the water.

Malapitan managed to swim back to shore.
