1 dead in Camarines mishap

CAMARINES NORTE , Philippines  – A motorcycle driver died while his passenger was injured after they collided with a jeepney in Pamplona town in this province on Saturday.

Armando Bien, 38, was declared dead on arrival at the Bicol Medical Center where his companion, Antonio Madera was also taken for treatment.

Reports said the victims were traveling in Barangay San Gabriel when they hit a jeepney driven by Jerome Luna, 28, at around 7:30 a.m.

Luna surrendered to responding police officers.
