Blackout to hit Isabela, Ifugao

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan, Philippines – Parts of Isabela and Ifugao will experience a nine-hour power interruption today.

The 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. power outage will affect the areas being serviced by the Isabela Electric Cooperative 1 substations in Alicia and Cabatuan towns and Ifugao Electric Cooperative substation in Alfonso Lista, said Lilibeth Gaydowen, National Grid Corp. of the Philippines-Northern Luzon spokesperson.

The power interruption will pave the way for maintenance work as requested by SN Aboitiz Power.
