Magnitude 4.5 quake rocks Negros

MANILA, Philippines - A magnitude 4.5 earthquake rocked Negros Occidental yesterday.
The quake occurred at around 4:20 p.m. with its epicenter located some 28 kilometers southwest of Sipalay town, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported.
The tremor was felt at Intensity 4 in Sipalay, which according to Phivolcs is moderately strong.
Phivolcs said there were no reports of damage or injuries. The agency said it was not expecting aftershocks from the tremor.
