6 found dead in Negros

BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – Six persons, including two children, were found dead at their residence in Barangay Lag-it in Tayasan town in Negros Oriental on Friday.

The police identified the victims as Felisa Amihoy, 60; Leovicita Guillepa, 48; Walbet Amihoy, 40; Dikoy Amihoy, 20; Marilou Golez, 14,and Rhea Mae Dagohoy, 8.

The bodies of the victims bore hack and stab wounds.

A knife believed to be used in the killings was  recovered at the scene.

An investigation into the killings is underway.
