Central Luzon’s top drug suspect found dead

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan, Philippines – The top drug suspect in Central Luzon was found dead in Bocaue, Bulacan on Wednesday. 

Senior Superintendent Romeo Caramat Jr., Bulacan acting police director, said 45-year-old Ramonito Mendoza, alias Don Ramon, was a resident of Barangay Caingin. 

Mendoza was also a suspect in a murder and frustrated murder case in Bocaue.

Superintendent Charlie Cabradilla, Bocaue police chief, said Mendoza was found hogtied and with his face covered with packing tape. 

Initial reports said prior to the incident, unidentified men seized Mendoza in Barangay San Nicolas in Bulacan, Bulacan.
