3 killed in Batangas shootings

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – Three persons have been killed in separate shooting incidents in Batangas since Tuesday.

According to a report to Superintendent Chitadel Gaoiran, spokesperson  for the Calabarzon police, Diosdado Millomeda was killed in a gunfight with Emelio Balita in Barangay San Isidro in Rosario town on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, unidentified motorcycle-riding men gunned down Oscar Araja men in Barangay Poblacion in Lobo town around 5 p.m. A stray bullet hit bystander Roseller Cay.

In Barangay Luyos in Tanauan City, Junrel Gapol was gunned down around 9:45 p.m.

A manhunt has been launched for the assailants.
