Kalinga municipal employee shot dead

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A municipal employee of Kalinga was shot dead in front of his house in Tabuk City on Tuesday. ?

Oscar Gunday was waiting for a ride in Barangay Dagupan West around 8:30 a.m. when motorcycle-riding gunmen peppered him with bullets, said Chief Superintendent Gilbert Fati-ig, Kalinga police chief.

Gunday suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead on arrival at the Kalinga Provincial Hospital. – Raymund Catindig, Artemio Dumlao
