4 drug suspects nabbed in Zamboanga

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – Four suspected drug dealers have been arrested during a saturation drive in a coastal village west of this city, according to a security official. 

Superintendent Ariel Huesca, commander of the Public Safety Company, said two vehicles, several sachets of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu, several drug paraphernalia, P1.7 million cash of what is believed to be drug money and a hand grenade, were also seized during the zoning operation conducted in Barangay Recodo on Friday. 

Huesca said police have launched an operation to arrest the cohorts of the drug suspects.
