Woman yields over P500K worth of shabu in Camsur bust

MANILA, Philippines - Authorities on Monday arrested a woman after she yielded over P500,000 worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu during a sting operation in Camarines Sur.

Members of the municipal police station of Daet town in Camarines Norte and operatives of the Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency arrested Delia Magno during a joint buy-bust operation in Barangay San Jose, Bula, Camarines Sur around 6 a.m.

During the operation, operatives seized from Magno about 105 grams of suspected shabu, with estimated street value of P525,000.

The suspect and the pieces of evidence are now under the custody of Daet Municipal Police Station and Camarines PDEA.
