A Lifetime of Love

In this day and age, an enduring love is no easy feat. But every once in a while, a wonderful love story emerges, proving that a lifetime of true commitment and devotion is possible. At the 60th anniversary celebration of Bert and Nonie Basilio held at the Rizal Ballroom of the Makati Shangri-La, Manila, the inspiring husband and wife tandem was surrounded by their loving family and lifelong friends from the business, diplomatic and social sectors. The guests commemorated this incredible milestone and enjoyed an overflowing array of cocktails, which was followed by a lavish dinner buffet while they were being serenaded by some of the most superb entertainers in music. Bert and Nonie’s grandchildren also paid tribute to the family patriarch and matriarch, making the celebration even more poignant.
