Emergency tents sa Lung Center, binuksan na ng PRC

MANILA, Philippines — Magagamit na ang 18 tents ng Philippine Red Cross para sa emergency field hospital sa compound ng Lung Center of the Philippines para tugunan ang overwhelming volume ng mga COVID-19 patient na nais magpa-admit.

Mismong si PRC Chairman and CEO Sen. Richard Gordon ang nanguna sa pagturn-over ng mga tents na magsisilbing extension ng Lung Center of the Philippines para ma-accomodate ang dumaraming severe cases. 

Ang labing-walong (18) Red Cross emergency field hospital tents na naitayo ay gagamiting ward extension, triage, nurse station at x-ray area.

Ang field hospital ay mayroong 64-beds na may medical equipment tulad ng oxygen tanks, ECG machine, PPV and Intubation set, Automated External Defibrillator, at iba pang basic ward facilities na magagamit para sa mga mild to severe cases.

Air conditioned din ang mga ito para masigurong may proper ventilation.
