COVID-19 free ang PSC

MANILA, Philippines — Ngayon ay makakatulog na nang mahimbing ang komunidad ng Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).

Inihayag ni PSC Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Ramon Fernandez na negatibo sa coronavirus disease (COVID-19) ang lahat ng kanilang mga empleyado pati na ang ilang national athletes at coaches na sumailalim sa swab-tes-ting noong nakaraang linggo.

At dahil dito ay lubus-lubos ang pasasalamat ni Fernandez sa Pangi­noong Diyos. “We are thankful to the Lord that the PSC community is free from COVID-19,” ani Fernandez, dumaan din sa Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test o swab testing. “We hope and pray it stays that way.”

Nagsagawa ang PSC ng RT-PCR tests para sa 112 bilang ng mga PSC staff, kasama ang ilang miyembro ng national team, sa Rizal Memorial Sports Complex (RMSC) sa Manila City habang 88 naman sa PhilSports Complex sa Pasig City.
