“May this serve as a warning for those lawless elements dealing illegal drugs specially those High Value Targets. ‘Di namin kayo tatantanan”, babala ni Gamboa.

“Heed my words, with the guidance of our President, we won’t stop until you’ve been destroyed and neutralized”, dagdag pa nito.

“The PNP operational thrust for 2020 will focus more on intensified intelligence-driven anti-illegal drug operations particularly against upper and middle-level HVTs  engaged in trafficking of commercial quantity of illegal drugs”, anang bagong PNP Chief.

“We shall carry on with our various transformation initiatives and ensure that all of these are in line with our vision to attain a highly capable, effective and credible police service. We shall abide by the doctrine of good governance with emphasis on transparency, accountability and equality”, ang sabi pa ng heneral.
