We are all Human
(The Philippine Star) - September 6, 2019 - 12:00am

MANILA, Philippines — The youthquake during day two of Bench Fashion Week is all about making a statement, loud and clear, as stated by Human’s Holiday collection. “Don’t overthink,” reads one shirt from the homegrown streetwear brand. Another simply says, “RESPECT.”

The rest of the collection supports these statements. Prints — a diversity of textures and hues like leopard prints, plaid, camo, and rainbow stripes — on a mix of form-fitting and loose, gender-fluid silhouettes like pullovers, button-ups and tees for both men and women are made for easy layering and mixing and matching.

Our favorite? The dark-wash denim boiler suit with contrast stitching on a female model that can also be worn by men.

As for the bag of the season, hands-free with lots of swag is the way because fanny packs are here to stay. —FG
