'Dialogo' exhibit at One Tagaytay Place
MANILA, Philippines - In celebration of Dr. Jose Rizal’s 150th birth anniversary, Verve Gallery at One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites is mounting an exhibit entitled “Dialogo” today.
A talk by the Dialogo artists will be held at 2 p.m., which is open to the public.
The exhibit features works that deal with different concepts of heroism by the following artists: Paul Acena, Carlo Aranton, Jason de Ocampo (Johanne Light), P. Luis Francisco, Neil Jason Grantoza, Michael Vincent Manalo, Mike Manansala, Richard Montero, Ioannis Sicuya, and Adeodatus Sta. Juana.
The Dialogo exhibit runs until Aug. 31, encompassing Ninoy Aquino Day (Aug. 21) and National Heroes’ Day (Aug. 29).
In partnership with hotelwithheart.com, part of the proceeds from the exhibition will go to Dynamic Teen Company of CNN Hero of the Year Efren Peñaflorida.
