Marco Polo Plaza Cebu celebrates Indian cuisine

Top-notch 5-star hotel in the Queen City of the South Marco Polo Plaza Cebu (MPPC) held an exciting exploration through the exotic flavors of India with its event, Khana: A Celebration of Indian Cuisine. Led by MPPC general manager Brian Conelly, Khana featured one of the world’s most colorful and diverse cuisines – from their local spices to their herbs, and even their vegetables and fruits that are very unique to the taste. To ensure that the intricacies of India’s gastronomy are presented with impeccable precision, culinary consultant Judeline Murjani brought her repertoire of skills and experience to the event.
