Ayala Land launches Vermosa
MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Land has launched its fourth largest master-planned, mixed-use estate—Vermosa. Located less than an hour south of Makati via the newly opened MCX (Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway), the 700-hectare Vermosa Estate is probably the last remaining piece of developable land with its scale and close proximity to the metropolis or Makati.
Vermosa offers a complete line of components that creates a fully functioning and self-contained community. This includes a future central business district that will house office spaces, retail shops, entertainment complexes, and institutional centers. There are also diverse residential options to cater to various market segments and different life stages.
Vermosa Estate will also be home to the second De La Salle Santiago Zobel School campus, scheduled to open its doors to high school students in 2017.
Highlighting the estate’s prestigious offerings is the Vermosa Sports and Lifestyle Complex (VSLC)—a state-of-the-art professionally managed public facility. It is comprised of an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 400-meter track oval, the country’s first purpose-built mountain bike skills trail, and a 1-kilometer hybrid supercross and motocross track. Taking center stage is VSLC’s sports science laboratory, the country’s first complete facility which will offer training programs and physiological services to enhance athletic performance.
