Business and pleasure do mix at Mandara Waterfront Residences

-

MANILA, Philippines - Whoever said business and pleasure don’t mix, hasn’t heard of Mandara Waterfront Residences. Landmark Communities Incorporated is changing that age-old notion with Mandara Waterfront Residences, a residential community that marries business with leisure and entertainment.

“A lot of government efforts have been put into rebuilding the glory years of Roxas Boulevard,” shares Celedonio Pile Jr., president, Landmark Communities Inc. “There are ongoing projects to clean up Manila Bay and improve the Boulevard Baywalk. The rise of SM Mall of Asia, Manila Ocean Park, the SEA Residences, Blue Wave, and Aseana have also signaled the burgeoning growth of the area.”

Located in the bustling Bay Area of Roxas Boulevard, Mandara Waterfront Residences shares the same vision that both the government and the private sector have for the area. Through ongoing rehabilitation and revitalization projects, Roxas Boulevard is all set to regain its title as a prime entertainment and business destination.

Guests who attended the launch of Mandara Waterfront Residences were updated on the ongoing projects of both the government and the private sector that all add to the business, entertainment and leisure options of Mandara residents. Pile shared an interesting presentation that discussed the various projects such as the redevelopment of the CCP Complex by the government and the new business park being built by SM. Pile added that one of the most notable projects that would secure Roxas Boulevard as a prime leisure destination is the upcoming Bagong Nayong Pilipino of Pagcor (or Pagcor City), an exciting 54-hectare gaming and hotel development.

“This project will certainly put the Philippines on the map as the ‘next Macau of Asia,’” said Pile. “Bagong Nayong Pilipino will contain five-star hotels, amusement parks, educational and cultural complexes, shopping malls, game centers, race tracks, and much more.”

With all these developments and projects, the demand for residential communities within the Bay Area has skyrocketed as well. The past few months have already seen new condominium developments selling at an average of 100 units per month — that amounts to about 2,000-plus residential units sold in the past two years. With this statistic, Mandara Waterfront Residences is ready to take advantage of the residential boom in the country’s first best business and entertainment hotspot.

“As a waterfront community, Mandara is the first of its kind here in Manila,” shared Pile. “The concept of Mandara lies in the vision and aim of transforming the bay area into the country’s first entertainment business district.”

The development boasts well-manicured parks and pocket gardens where residents can forget about the stresses of work. Modern amenities such as continuous water supply, a centralized sewage treatment facility and a generator ensure residents a worry-free lifestyle.

Mandara’s close proximity to banks, international airports, schools, business establishments, and SM Mall of Asia makes Mandara an ideal home for young couples, starting families, retirees, and even ex-pats.

Roxas Boulevard also offers residents quick and easy access routes to the Ortigas Central Business District and the City of Manila.

Mandara Waterfront Residences, Landmark Communities’ prime 1.4-hectare residential development at Asiaworld City, Parañaque, is the metro’s first by-the-bay community. For information, call 532-9876 or visit www.mandara.com.ph.
