MANILA, Philippines — Grand Hyatt Manila elevates The Grand Kitchen with new highlights to its premiere a la minute restaurant. Until May 26, diners can indulge in the famed seafood of the icy cold waters of Norway.

Bringing the experience a notch higher, Grand Hyatt Manila invites renowned chef Stig Drageide, to craft this offering dubbed “A Norwegian Feast.” Drageide is the executive chef of Theatercafeen, known as one of the most popular places to dine in Oslo for more than a century.

This gives diners the opportunity to sample what made Norway one of the major seafood suppliers in the world.

“We always strive to present a diverse selection of cuisines and having Chef Stig Drageide as a guest chef to expand on that selection is an honor. He has worked in various Hyatt properties before and well-versed in our objective to bring in different dining experiences for our guests,” says General Manager and Area Vice President Gottfried Bogensperger.

“Norway is also known for its sustainable practices in the seafood industry which is perfectly aligned with our sustainable efforts,” Bogensperger adds.
