Five gelato cakes from Cara Mia
MANILA, Philippines - Cara Mia offers five gelato cakes for the holiday season. First on the list is Rouge with its bright red color and hints of green, is perfect for the holidays with its refreshingly fruit bursting blueberry, strawberry and vanilla gelato on a crust of crushed graham crackers. Another favorite is the Mango Passion made with mangoes in gelato nestled in layers of rich shortbread piecrust. Di Lusso is made with pistachio, chocolate and strawberry gelato in a rich chocolate ganache on crushed graham. Banana Blast is a gelato version of a banana split with banana, strawberry and chocolate gelato. The newest gelato cake being offered is the Caramel Napoleones with mantecado gelato and topped with caramel.
