Mango Mojito
Ingredients:
5 pcs. mint leaves
Juice of a quarter lime
2 oz. Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur
top with Club Soda
Procedure:
Put mint leaves, sugar and juice of lime in a tall ball glass.
Muddle or crush the leaves with a muddler or spoon.
Pour Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur and stir.
Add crushed ice and top with soda water.
Top off the drink with a slice of lemon to garnish.
Another variation of the Mango Mojito is mixing 1 oz. of Old Captain Rum, 1/2 oz. sugar syrup, and 1 oz. instead of 2 oz. of Paradise Mango Rum. This will give you a stronger drink with a hint of mango flavor. Those who want a sweeter and more mango-licious drink should follow the original recipe.
