Mega's most beautiful
Mega magazine presented its lineup of “Most Beautiful Ladies,” which focused on the exquisite yet strong women who raised the bar of beauty. Good looks with intellect and character were the prerequisite in naming who would make it to the elite list of 25 Filipinas.
The event, held at the newly opened Mango Tree on Bonifacio High Street, paid tribute to these stunning women. Setting the standard of class and beauty, a touch of gold became the dress code with guests garbed or accessorized in the bright, rich hue, which was just perfect for the hot weather.

The Club de Damas Latinas in the Philippines recently held its annual charity ball at the Grand Ballroom of Makati Shangri-La Hotel to provide for the Holy Family Home Foundation and the Eugenia Ravasco Daycare Center, two worthy institutions that the group has been supporting.
Founded 46 years ago by a group of Latin American women, its members are tied together by a common language and the desire to help people living under disadvantageous circumstances. The organization has been established with two objectives in their hearts and minds: offer information, friendship and support to Latin women who come to live in the Philippines and to give back to the community by providing assistance to help Filipino children gain access to education, health services and a safe environment.
With over 330 well-dressed guests, the evening began with a raffle draw where exciting prizes were given away, and a silent auction. The spirit of generosity prevailed the whole e evening.
