The best beauty secret I can share is: Smile! A smiling face is always a sight to behold. It makes your inner beauty shine through. As for our regimen, Mikee uses Cetaphil and Bioderm moisturizer morning and evening. China uses an Obagi astringent and Obagi Clear in the morning and evening. Mai uses Chanel and La Prairie creams. I use Sisley and Biorica anti-aging creams.

I read in a recent magazine interview with you that you are taking vitamins but not the multi-vitamin type. I am also taking vitamins (vitamins E, C, and alpha lipoic acid) now because a friend told me that at my age (I’m in my early 40s), I should already be taking vitamin supplements. Can you please share with us the other vitamins that you take and what they are for?

The vitamins I take are as follows: gingko biloba for memory, silica gel for healthy hair, vitamins E and C, and cranberry for a healthy urinary tract. This was shared with me by Kris Aquino. I buy my supply from GNC. Some doctors I have talked to say that any woman above 35 would benefit from taking primrose oil because it will significantly alleviate discomfort brought about by menopause. But before you take any of these, it would be best to consult your doctor.

Is there a home remedy to remove chicken pox scars? my sister and I had chicken pox last March, which left dark scars on our faces. Any tips on how to lighten these scars aside from buying those expensive creams?
