Chinese chef Tony Sum and dim sum chef Andy Liew prepared a beautiful 5-course dinner which included some of the iconic restaurant’s greatest classics, as well as a few of its newest creations. The event’s proceeds were for the benefit of the various projects of the ABS-CBN Foundation – Bantay Bata 163, Bantay Kalikasan and Sagip Kapamilya.
