MANILA, Philippines – When Australian Ambassador Bill Tweddell hosted his 4^th Australia Day reception at the Shangri-La Hotel last January 29, it was no surprise that the guest list included senior representatives from the Philippine government and military, the diplomatic and consular communities as well as business leaders, It’s a reflection of the warm and broad relationship between our two countries.
