A night of glamour & elegance
“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams.” — Henry David Thoreau
Gilly Rustia, the lovely daughter of entrepreneurs Joel and Joy Rustia, recently celebrated her birthday at Shangri-La at the Fort in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Looking every bit like a princess in her crystal-encrusted lavender ball gown by Randy Ortiz, the debutante was surrounded by her family and friends who were all dressed to the nines.
The Grand Ballroom was transformed into the glamour and elegance of 1920s New York and was filled to the brim with free-flowing wines, champagnes and cocktails. The debutante herself performed with her elder sisters Keana and Tara, and put everyone in high spirits as she encouraged them to dance to the upbeat music of artists like Michael Jackson and Bruno Mars.
Even with the grand festivities, Gilly had her heart in the right place as she encouraged her guests to donate to the Philippine Cancer Society in lieu of gifts, in memory of her cousin Gabbie Wambangco.
Well done, dear Gilly!
