MANILA, Philippines - A woman reveals herself when she gets in touch with her emotions — enthusiasm, passion and excitement. These emotions unleash her love for life; they also allow her to express her fearless thoughts as she shows her true self.

Actress Ynez Veneracion, who’s been in showbiz for the past 20 years, knows that she needs to take care of her mind and body so she can always be at the top of her game.
“Living an active lifestyle is important to me, especially that my job is in the entertainment industry and we are expected to always look good. I work out, I eat healthy and get enough sleep as much as possible. I work out in the gym three to four times a week. And I love playing badminton and volleyball as a form of exercise,” shares Ynez, who recently wrapped up shooting for the ABS-CBN teleserye The Greatest Love. Despite her two-decade career in showbiz, Ynez believes that she still has a lot to learn about her craft. She says she gives time to attend acting workshops to continuously hone her skills.
A doting mother to six-year-old Princess Keilah, Ynez always makes sure that she spends time with her daughter. “My daughter is my priority. I help her with her homework, we play and I put her to sleep every night. We also travel together to share with her my love for experiencing new things and learning about other cultures,” she says.
In her busy lifestyle, Ynez finds her center by nourishing her soul through daily reflections and quiet time. She regularly attends church to strengthen her faith and she treasures the opportunity to be alone sometimes “for peace and quiet to help clear my mind and focus on my thoughts.”
