APAC Stevie Awards names SM ‘Organization of the Year’

MANILA, Philippines — SM Prime Holdings Inc. (SM Prime) bagged the “Organization of the Year” Grand Stevie Award, the most coveted award given by the prestigious Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, which recognizes outstanding businesses for creating innovations in the workplace. SM also won the Grand Stevie for “Most Honored Organization” in 2019.

The leading property developer and operator of malls in the Philippines and one of the biggest in Southeast Asia, SM Prime garnered a total of 56.5 award points, which enabled it to clinch the illustrious award.

SM won a total of 33 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards this year for its innovative on-ground and online initiatives. The awards were conferred via a virtual awards ceremony held last Sept. 22.

“In these trying times, we continuously strive to innovate and serve our customers the best way we can. From offline to online experiences, we bring our spaces, services, and all their essential needs wherever they are. This recognition only inspires and motivates us to keep pushing for more,” said Steven Tan, SM Supermalls president.
