MANILA, Philippines — Inclement weather has prompted local governments to declare class suspensions on Tuesday, September 17.

PAGASA has said that more rains are expected in many parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, until Friday due to the southwest monsoon, which is being enhanced by two low-pressure areas inside the country.
