MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Jenny (international name: Podul) has left the Philippine area of responsibility Wednesday afternoon and is now heading to southern China.

In a bulletin late Wednesday afternoon, state weather bureau PAGASA said “Jenny” exited the country’s jurisdiction at 2 p.m.
