A separate obstruction of justice was filed against Rosemarie Trangia, Ralph's mother.

Ralph fled the country on September 19 with his mother. He first boarded a flight to Taiwan via NAIA Terminal 1 before flying out to Chicago.

Solano, among the primary suspects in the case, is also facing additional perjury and obstruction of justice charges.

Solano, accompanied by his lawyer Paterno Esmaquel, arrived at the Department of Justice (DOJ) for his inquest proceeding.

Atio's parents, Carmina and Horacio Castillo II, also attended the inquest proceeding.

Several unidentified members of Aegis Juris Fraternity and Regina Legis et Juris Sorority are also facing murder, anti-hazing and robbery complaints.

Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II placed 20 members of the Aegis Juris Fraternity under an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order on September 22.
