FULL TEXT: Supreme Court dissenting opinions on Poe vs Comelec

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court released late Friday five dissenting opinions with the majority ruling on Sen. Grace Poe's petition questioning her disqualification from the May race by the Commission on Elections.

Forming the minority, Associates Justices Antonio Carpio, Arturo Brion, Teresita Leonardo-De Castro, Estela Perlas-Bernabe and Mariano del Castillo issued dissenting opinions following Tuesday's announcement of Poe's legal victory, settling the hanging question on her candidacy two months before the national elections.
