All Home: A one-stop shop for your home

MANILA, Philippines - • When choosing a store for your home needs, consider these: guarantees a wide range of products, gives good value for money and provides excellent customer service. Aside from its homebuilding business, the Villar Group has branched out into retail since the launch of All Home’s very first store in Pampanga in 2013 which caters to contractors, architects, interior designers and homeowners.

“If they bought a good home, of course kailangan rin nila ng mga furniture and appliances. Sa ibang store, hindi nila nakikita mga hinahanap nila, however, sa amin, nandito na ang lahat,” said Villar Group chairman Manny Villar.

For this year, All Home launched its seventh and biggest branch in Daang Hari, giving convenience to the residents of Cavite, Las Piñas, Laguna and Muntinlupa. The two-story branch occupies over 10,000 square meters of retail space. The first floor houses construction materials and appliances while the second floor is dedicated to furniture and home accessories.

All Home takes pride in providing great customer service as well. They employed in-house building experts and home planners that would assist customers and are always available for private consultation. They also provide delivery and installation services when needed.

“For us, we don’t just sell. We give customers love. Kaya siya ‘All Home’ kasi dapat kompleto na ang lahat. Ang maisusukli lang namin sa mga customers namin ay iyong magandang quality ng products and services,” Villar added.

Aside from selling home needs, All Home is also the mark for the Villar Group to start developing commercial areas within their Vista Land communities such as Brittany, Camella, Crown Asia and Vista Residences.

“All Home is fit with Vista Land and a perfect one-stop shop for home furnishing. This will address the costs and improve logistics for our home buyers and contractors, especially in the provinces,” he said.

According to Villar, they will open two more branches in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Imus, Cavite. “Aside from opening more branches, we are also planning to target more locations, especially in the Visayas and Mindanao,” Villar enthuses, hinting that another All Home development will be built in 2016.

Formerly MBV Retail Holdings, All Home is under the Villar Group’s All Value which carries all the Villar retail brands, including All Day convenience store and All Day Department Store.
