Pops Fernandez marks 60th birthday, 40 years in showbiz with milestone concert
MANILA, Philippines — Concert Queen Pops Fernandez is set to celebrate two major milestones in her life and career with a special concert on November 26 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.
Dubbed as a celebration of her journey, the concert will honor Pops’ 60 years of life and four decades in the Philippine entertainment industry.
More than a showcase of her well-loved songs, the milestone event promises to take audiences through the different chapters of Pops’ career — from her early years in show business to her emergence as one of the country’s most enduring performers.
The upcoming concert will bring together music, memories, stories and special guests as Pops looks back on the experiences that shaped her career while also embracing the next chapter of her journey as an artist.
Music director Homer Flores will oversee the musical arrangements, while concert director Calvin Neria will lead the show’s overall creative direction and stage presentation.
The concert is produced through the collaboration of DSL, EchoJham and Nexus Collaboration.
