WATCH: ‘Spider-man: Far from Home’ teaser trailer is out

MANILA, Philippines— The international teaser trailer of “Spider-man: Far from Homes” has been released by Columbia Pictures on Tuesday.

Actor Tom Holland will star as Peter Parker anew in this upcoming action adventurer directed by Jon Watts. It will be shown in Philippine cinemas in July 2019.

“Spider-man: Far from Home” is based on the Marvel comic book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. It is produced by Kevin Feige and Amy Pascual and its screenplay was written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

In this next chapter of the "Spider-Man Homecoming" series, Peter returns and decided to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation.

The friendly neighborhood superhero’s plan to leave his super-heroics behind for a few weeks, however, was quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks, creating havoc across the continent.

The film also stars Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, JB Smoove, Jacob Batalon, Martin Starr with Marisa Tomei and Jake Gyllenhaal.

It is distributed by Columbia Pictures, the local office of Sony Pictures Releasing International.
